The pleasant temperature in Washington DC in this month of January is unbelievable I meant you don’t even need a winter coat to be outside.It’s about 60 degree very nice weather hopefully it stays this way through the weekend,the only concern is the physical effects on the health of people dealing with a cold and hot temperature on and off I understand can give phenomena hopefully that will not be the case for now enjoy it as much as you can.
